Our Story

Born to give you freedom

"ALTUS means Altitude. Altitude is safety."

I was born to give you freedom — to escape the rush of everyday life and take you to breathtaking places. To experience the silence above the clouds and the beauty of the world from a perspective few are privileged to see.

Designed and built in Hungary, the Altus ST is a 15-metre wingspan touring motorglider that blends soaring performance with cross-country touring capability. It has been nominated for the Flieger Magazin Award 2026 in the category "Best New Ultralight Aircraft" — one of Europe's most prestigious aviation honours.

Altus has obtained its German Type Certificate according to DULV 600 kg requirements, confirming its engineering excellence and uncompromising safety standards.
